PART 2 consists of:
Conducting the SOA Pair-wise Analysis (PWA) - including: Problem Space to Solution Space, Conducting the Pair-Wise Analysis, Investigating the Solution Space, Anchor Scenario, Anchor Scenario: Narrative, ‘Outlier’ Scenario, ‘Outlier’ Scenario: Narrative; Guiding ‘Estimative Language’ use.
The course will also effectively demonstrate hybrid intelligence (human and machine intelligence) in strategic foresight using mainstream Generative-Artificial Intelligence Tools to offer practical learnings.

Dr. Bruce Garvey provides specialist support for organizations facing high levels of uncertainty and complexity; his knowledge base allows him to address issues at a strategic level.
Much of the development work relating to his methods emanates from a Ph.D. research program at Imperial College, which addressed problem structuring and decision support methods pertaining to technological forecasting, creativity and innovation, futures, scenario planning, and systems uncertainties.
This knowledge base is supported by over 35 years experience in the business and corporate sector.

This workshop or speaking event provides a highly hands-on walk-through of the combined multi-methodologies and approaches of, firstly, Intelligence Engineering (IE), and, then, Strategic Options Analysis (SOA).
During the workshop, participants work their way linearly through completing a series of IE 'maps' or 'matrices', which, in turn, helps establish a SOA 'Problem Space' (PS).
After conducting a pair-wise analysis, determining which 'factors' and 'indicators' or 'variables' might be (i) compatible, (ii) possibly/maybe compatible, and/or (iii) incompatible with each other, the PS is then transformed into a 'Solution Space', ready for further investigation and exploratory interrogation by participants as they find and consider differing viable solutions and scenarios.
