In this course, you will learn the structural components of uncertainty, including where the uncertainty lies along the risk/uncertainty spectrum.
Moreover, you will learn about problem status, time-based criteria, the evidence base, and the time horizon.
The course will give you a foundation for working with the scenarios, such as scenario Lenses, scenario derivatives (2nd and 3rd order scenarios), and behavioral factors including cognitive biases, dissonance, anomie, and alienation. You will also gain insight into how to navigate through this behavioral minefield.
