Dr. Pernille Rydén is a mindset expert, independent researcher, board member, and consultant with more than 25 years in academia and life-long learning. Pernille holds a Ph.D. from Copenhagen Business School in Strategic Cognition of new technologies and is staff at CBS’ board education and at the Executive MBA at the Technical University of Denmark. 

Her publications cover the fields of Strategic Management and Marketing, and organizational transformation involving digital technologies such as social media, big data and AI. She has lead-authored the books “Disrupt your Mindset to Transform your Business with Big Data” and  “Social Media Storms: Empowering Leadership Beyond Crisis Management.”. As the former Dean of Education at the IT University of Copenhagen, she was leading IT education in close collaboration with faculty and industry leaders.
